Are you interested in Hypnobabies but prefer to move through the content with just you and your support partner? Choose from three offerings to fit your needs!
Home study users can hire a Hypnobabies instructor for an HSA. We make sure the birth partner feels fully up to speed for their role and do a real-time birth rehearsal to practice using all the tools, plus breathing and pushing methods. This HSA is an invaluable way to make sure you are able to reap the full benefit of all the Hypnobabies tools you will have spent so much time learning and practicing.
Hypnobabies (now updated, Edition 8) is a 6 week, 3-hours per week, complete childbirth education course that was adapted with permission from Gerald Kein’s “Painless Childbirth Program” techniques rather than using simple relaxation, breathing or guided imagery.
